I love coffee!

I have been working as a professional barista for over 10 years and have worked in many different cafes and learnt from the best. I have been using my knowledge of coffee to teach others the fine art for a while now.

Most recently I was employed by Auckland's AUT University, running their barista short course, and assisting with Hospitality degree students in getting a new skill on an everyday basis.
